Freely available data

  • Histology-informed microstructural diffusion simulations for MRI cancer characterisation (Histo-µSim): ex vivo mouse data. Grussu F, Grigoriou A, Macarro C, Perez-Lopez R. Zenodo 2024a, doi: 10.5281/zenodo.14559356. The data set consists of ex vivo 9.4T MRI of fixed mouse specimens with co-localised histological sections, stained for hematoxylin-eosin (HE).
  • Histology-informed microstructural diffusion simulations for MRI cancer characterisation (Histo-µSim): histology substrates Grigoriou, A., Macarro, C., Voronova, A., Perez-Lopez, R., & Grussu, F. Zenodo 2024b, doi: 10.5281/zenodo.14559104. The data set consists of 18 3D geometric models of cancer tissues in SVG and PLY format reconstructed from HE biopsies.
